Lifetime Diamond Ring Upgrade Policy

At Skydell Design, we believe in the enduring beauty of our diamond rings. To ensure your satisfaction and to accommodate your evolving style, we offer a Lifetime Upgrade Policy for all diamond rings purchased from us. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Policy Overview

1. Eligibility

The upgrade policy applies only to NATURAL diamond rings purchased directly from Skydell Design.
The original purchase must be in good condition and accompanied by a valid receipt.

2. Upgrade Process

Customers may upgrade their diamond ring at any time.
The upgrade must be for a diamond of greater value than the original purchase price.
The customer must return the original diamond ring to Skydell Design in its entirety.

3. Value Credit

The value of the original ring will be credited towards the purchase of the new diamond ring.
The credit amount is based on the original purchase price, excluding taxes and fees.

4. New Purchase Requirements

The new diamond ring must be purchased at Skydell Design.
The new diamond must be chosen from our collection.

5. Condition of Original Ring

The original diamond ring must be in good condition. Any damage may affect the upgrade value.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the ring prior to processing the upgrade.

6. Limitations

This policy applies only to diamond rings and does not include other types of jewelry.

7. Exceptions

This policy cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Custom-designed rings are not eligible for the Lifetime Upgrade Policy.
