7-DAY RETURN POLICY
To all of our new and returning customers:
Want to see your diamond in person before making a commitment? Skydell Design offers a special 7-day return policy just for you! Enjoy a no-hassle experience and our assurance for customers who are not completely satisfied with their order.
Under Skydell Design’s policy, if you wish to return your order, you may do so within the first seven days after shipment for a full refund or exchange.
Please follow the Return Procedures listed below:
- Contact our Customer Service department at 201-773-9707. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. You will be given a Return Authorization Code.
- Please package your order and include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $100 replacement cost. For security reasons, please do not write “Diamonds” anywhere on the outside of the box.

Items should be insured and packaged properly.
All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
Skydell Design will not accept any packages shipped beyond the 7-day return period, or any improperly packaged or uninsure items, such as uninsured items or items sent to our office without a RAN number.
We will also not accept damaged and used items.
All returned merchandise must be in “new and unused condition” and be undamaged. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Skydell Design will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on pieces that cannot be resized and must be completely re-manufactured.
We do not refund eternity bands, engraved items, and other customized jewelry, or special orders that we altered or personally made.
